Telecom data integration & recurring reporting

Your translation layer
between telecom systems.

ScopeAI by BCTI connects vendor-specific data for recurring operational and business reports. We define how source fields relate, which metrics the reports use and how often the output needs to refresh.

The translation layer

From vendor inputs
to a shared reporting view.

Engineering, operations and management can review the same underlying measures in reports suited to their responsibilities.

01

Source inputs

Agreed device, platform, API or export data

02

Meaning & mappings

Definitions, units, identifiers and time alignment

03

Recurring reports

Operational and business questions, on an agreed schedule

Connect the sources that matter.

Start with the systems and data access available for your reporting question. Confirm source coverage, permissions and collection behaviour during scoping.

Make metrics comparable.

Agree mappings, units, time periods and aggregation rules before combining measurements. Keep meaningful differences visible.

Build reports around decisions.

Use the available data to examine traffic patterns, application mix and capacity questions. Validate the first report with its intended users.

Keep the reporting current.

Agree refresh cadence, source-change responsibilities, checks for missing inputs and ongoing support as part of the engagement.

Authentic report output

Define the integration

Make the first connection useful.

Tell us the reporting question, the environment and which data sources are available. BCTI confirms a practical first scope with your team.

What the engagement confirms

SNMP, APIs and exports
Confirm the relevant inputs, access and configuration in your environment.
Fields and metric definitions
Agree mappings, quality checks and the interpretation used in reports.
Source-specific connectors
Validate each integration against the actual product, version and permitted interface.
Ongoing reporting
Agree cadence, ownership, maintenance and what happens when inputs stop updating.

Named vendor integrations are not advertised as available until validated. The current offer is recurring integrations and reporting.

Before we begin

Questions about ScopeAI.

Can you work with our existing tools?

We start with the outputs and permitted interfaces available in your environment. The first scope confirms what can be connected and how its fields will be interpreted.

What if our SNMP configuration needs work?

Confirm the intended devices and metrics, access and collection settings as part of the source review. The work needed to make that input usable is included in the agreed scope.

How often do reports refresh?

Cadence is agreed for the engagement, based on the reporting decision and source behaviour. Recurring reporting does not imply real-time monitoring or automatic remediation.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

The question you need to answer, the systems involved, examples of available outputs and the people who will use the report. Keep passwords and sensitive access details out of the inquiry form.

Make your data useful across teams.

Start with one reporting question and the systems it needs to connect.
